ACTINOLITE-FERRO

Actinolite is a hydrous Calcium-Magnesium-Iron silicate that is not one mineral, but a mineral series. What we know, as Actinolite is center of the series: at the ends are Tremolite, with a high proportion of Magnesium, and today's subject, Ferro-Actinolite, with a high proportion of Iron. It is hardness 5-6 Mohs, and crystallizes in the monoclinic system.

All minerals in a series share metaphysical properties to some degree. From the better known relatie Actinolite, Ferro-Actinolite gers the ablilty to both equalize the workings of the physical body, and to bring the needs of the physical and emotional bodies into harmonic balance. This allows the physical being and the emotional being to cooperate for smoother overall functioning.

Here, however, is where Ferro-Actinolite diverges on the metaphysical plane. It is a "stone of memory", assisting persons with prior existences in either Atlantis/Lemuria or Ancient Egypt to access their experiences of these previous lives. It is a premier "heart-stone", providing a cushion against emotional pressure. If one is feeling low on physical energy, "drawn-out" so to speak, holding a piece of Ferro-Actinolite in the non-dominant hand will cause an immediate increase n the flow of life-force. It is also helpful in the field of astral travel, in that escape from the physical body is expedited, and travel rate is accelerated.
